I must have the pretties….

Well, hello there, humans. This has been an insane month and it’s only half over. The good news is Halloween season is in full swing. The back to school season I was dreading has been a challenge in ways I hadn’t expected. 

The highlight of this month has been that I had the pleasure of reading an early copy WERES and WITCHERY by AK Nevermore. The author is one of my PA clients but she’s also a tight writer friend of mine. I’ll be telling you more about the book because I absolutely loved it! So keep an eye on your inbox on Halloween morning for my full review of the book + a look at the author’s dream cast of the book. The short version??? 5-Stars! Spicy paranormal romance with a witch FMC and a were MMC. A twisty-turny plot with all sorts of magic and creatures. Loads of snark and humor! The FMC has a sassy AF mouth on her and the cast of side characters are all hilarious in their own right. If you like romance with a serious dose of comedy thrown in, you’re going to love this book. I cant wait to see how much you all love this book when it comes out. The level of I-told-you-so satisfaction will be….just So. Fucking. Awesome. Reading Weres and Witchery actually knocked me over the finish line on the fantasy side of my 2025 Goodreads challenge. How are you doing on your annual reading challenge? What about your holiday wish list??? I’ve become obsessed with special edition hardcovers and paperbacks. Enough so that I added a whole Special Editions catalog to the BookMojo website and the whole project started because I was sick of bouncing all over the place to find the fancy editions I want. The problem is that I keep adding to it. I’ve got a small collection started and my own Amazon wish list for books is officially…. a problem. 🤣
