#WriterLife Check In: Two Coming Releases!

Hello, humans! I finally have some solid news for you guys concerning the release of Dance With the Devil and Bad Wolf.

Dance With the Devil – Coming Feb 20th

The book is done, edited, formatted, and the final file has been uploaded to Amazon. It’s been a long road to get here but I think the book is really worth the wait. To date, it’s my favorite in the series. If you’re a book blogger or reviewer, ebook ARCs will be made available in the next few days. Sign up for my newsletter for details!

NOT ALL DEMONS COME FROM HELL.

Demon hunting sucks. Dez and Vegas decide to take some time off to be normal for a while and quickly fall into their old routine, spending their evenings together at Onyx. Aside from a few unexpected developments with her magick, things are beginning to look like business as usual for the demon-witch hybrid and her vampire boyfriend.

A rash of apparent heroin overdoses rock their neighborhood and the NYPD suspects someone at Onyx is the source. Believing a new supernatural drug is in fact the culprit, Vegas and Kade decide to get involved in the investigation before the human police bite off more than they can chew. Bodies start turning up with no discernible cause of death and Dez has a gut feeling that something else is at play. With enemies coming at them on multiple fronts, the fight has become bigger than a handful of supernaturals can handle on their own. Something has to change.

A friend of theirs vanishes amidst all the chaos, leaving behind nothing but a cryptic wall of clues. With the help of old friends and new allies, Dez is in a race to find the killer before their friend becomes the next mysterious death to turn up on her doorstep.

Bad Wolf – Coming Feb 28th

This is the first novel in the Executioner series. The book is done, formatted, and I’m in the process of doing the final proofread now. I expect to have the final file uploaded to Amazon by the end of this week. This series is a new Hellfire world spin off and stars a whole new cast of characters with lots of Hellfire series crossover. If you have been following the Hellfire series, you’re probably used to the third person point of view for Dez. With Jamie, the book is written from a first person point of view. It’s a little different, but I think you’ll like it. Check out more info about the book below!

LET THE HUNT BEGIN.

When Jamie Hayes left home in a heartbroken rage, she had no plan, no money, and nowhere to go. Meeting Marcel Cross, a werewolf alpha, and Kade Walker, the head of a vampire coven, changed all of that. Now she’s got a new life, complete with a job as the first Executioner in the New York chapter of the Executioners Guild. Her mission is to take out as many demons as she can and keep the supernatural bad seeds in line while she’s at it.

The police are searching for a serial rapist in the area, one with a penchant for beautiful young blondes and a habit of leaving no survivors. When a female vamp from the Walker coven disappears, the Guild gets involved, and Jamie’s first assignment is to track Jacqueline down and bring her home safe before she ends up like the others.

The hunt is on. If Jamie’s not careful, she could wind up becoming the next prey.
